Inked & Amped is a tattoo convention and rock festival coming to the York, PA Fairgrounds next year. Ran by Dawn Bosley, a tattoo artist with over 30 years of experience, and Chris Potts, who runs the Central PA Tattoo & Horror Expo, this will be a tattoo convention you’re not going to want to miss. There will be live music, food trucks, vendors, tattoo contests, and more!
