Please only fill out this deposit form if you have already read and signed the contract, and have already left a deposit on a booth. You can still apply for a booth here, but you will be required to pay in full.
The deadline has already passed. If we do not receive your payment soon, we reserve the right to sell your spot to another artist/vendor.
Deposits are non-refundable, you will not be refunded if you already left one.
