BOOTHS:
Tattoo Artist booths are 10’ x 10’; Vendor booths are 8’ x 10’ or 12’ x 10’. Vendors can rent a double booth if they need extra room. A single booth, for both tattoo artists and vendors, comes with 2 tables, 3 chairs, trash can and trash bags, paper towels, sharps container, and access to electricity.
Artists/Vendors can ask for more of these items if necessary.
You (As in, you, the artist or vendor) are responsible for your own furnishings, tattooing materials, products, decorations, lights, or power strips.
PASSES/WRISTBANDS:
Everybody attending Inked & Amped will be wearing a wristband. Your
wristband must be visible at all times, even when you are tattooing. Artists/Vendors will also be given clip-on passes. You can clip it wherever you’d like on your body, as long as it’s visible.
STERILIZATION:
Any used needles must be disposed of in sharps containers after use. All artists attending Inked & Amped must use disposable tattoo supplies. To keep it short and simple, nobody wants to be tattooed with a dirty needle.
CLEANLINESS:
Make sure you are performing the proper sanitary procedures when
tattooing/piercing. All tattoos should be properly cleaned and wrapped up. The only time a fresh tattoo should be uncovered is if it’s entered in a contest.
If you need to uncover a fresh tattoo for a contest, make sure it’s done at your own booth, so that the tattoo can be properly cleaned and treated.
NOBODY UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE TATTOOED OR PIERCED
AT INKED & AMPED, REGARDLESS OF PARENTAL CONSENT.
RIGHTS OF MANAGEMENT:
Close Encounters Promotions will be deciding the location of your booth. They also reserve the right to remove any tattoo artist/vendor from the show, along with their representatives and guests, if they believe they are performing any acts that would take away from the integrity of Inked & Amped.
PAYMENT/DEPOSITS:
Artists/Vendors ARE NOT entitled to a booth unless full payment has been
received by the deadline (April 12th, 2026). If your full payment has not been received by the deadline, then Close Encounters Promotions holds the right to sell your booth to another artist/vendor. If you give a deposit for your booth, then that deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid for your booth in full, and you are unable to attend Inked & Amped due to an emergency, Close Encounters Promotions will review your refund request and decide if the reason provided is valid. They reserve the right to approve or deny any request at their discretion. If your request is approved, you will be refunded half of the total amount that you paid. The deadline for refund requests will be the same (April 12th, 2026).
INDEMNITY:
Artists/Vendors attending Inked & Amped shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event organizer(s), venue owner(s), and their respective affiliates and representatives against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to:
★ Any bodily injury, death, illness, or property damage occurring in connection with or resulting from participation in the event.
★ Any product(s) sold, displayed, or distributed by the participant.
★ Any error, negligence, or willful misconduct of the participant or any of their employees, representatives, and guests.
★ Any violation or alleged violation of any applicable law, ordinance, regulation, or health and safety requirement.
We know this is common sense to most people, but please be respectful of the venue and your fellow tattoo artists/vendors at Inked & Amped.
We’re here to have a good time, so don’t ruin it for everybody else.
Smoking and vaping are not prohibited inside the venue, only outside; and drug use is not tolerated whatsoever.
Since alcohol will be sold during the event, it is up to the tattoo artist/piercer to determine if someone is under the influence before tattooing/piercing.
By signing below, you agree to act responsibly and professionally throughout the duration of the event. You agree to follow all expectations and policies outlined in this contract, and take responsibility for your own actions, as well as the actions of your accompanying artists, affiliates, guests, and clients.
Again, thank you for supporting Inked & Amped!
